  2. How can my company benefit from managed recurring services?

You'll gain valuable insights to enhance your workplace, optimize HR processes, and implement best practices with ease.

  3. How can you manage our HR virtually?

In today’s world of remote work and virtual support, providing assistance remotely doesn’t diminish the quality of service you and your employees receive. 5. im a small business, how do i know if i really need hr?

The reality is that over 40% of employment claims target small businesses. Even if you have just one employee, there are workplace laws and compliance regulations you must adhere to as a business owner. Instead of spending valuable time navigating these complexities on your own, you could focus on growing your business. The great news is that with our Fractional HR Solutions, you can access affordable, expert HR guidance at a fraction of the cost of hiring an in-house team—giving you peace of mind that everything is handled correctly.

  6. how is service pricing determined?

We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Your business is unique, and the HR solutions you require will be customized to meet your specific needs. Pricing will depend on the HR functions you decide to outsource and the size of your workforce. Rest assured, our cost-effective pricing model ensures that our services remain accessible to both startups and established businesses. We value and specialize in small and mid size businesses and believe they deserve the same high-quality HR support that larger companies enjoy.

  7. why HRbp Inc.?

Many small and mid-sized business owners don’t have access to the essential expertise in human resources, payroll, and regulatory compliance needed to navigate the complexities of being an employer. By partnering with HRbp Inc., you can focus on what you do best—running and growing your business—while having peace of mind that your HR responsibilities are being handled efficiently and effectively. Allow us to show you that you can scale and be profitable while remaining human and genuinely taking care of your employees.
